Tell us about your school through the demo request form. Once our team approves it, you get your own branded subdomain and an admin login — there is no server setup on your end.

Yes. A school group can hold several branches (cawangan), each with its own students, staff, classes and invoices. Head office sees all of them and can step into any one; a branch admin only ever sees theirs.

Yes — it is built for Malaysian early-years operators. Tadika, taska, playschools and kindergartens all run the same way here: enrolment, daily attendance, monthly yuran invoicing and parent updates.

Add it from the Branches screen. If your plan is already at its limit, you move up a tier — nothing has to be migrated or re-entered, and you do not need a separate account per branch.

Nothing is deleted. Branches over the new limit are locked read-only and still appear in reports; upgrading again reactivates them automatically.

Yes. As soon as a teacher marks attendance or an admin raises an invoice, it is visible in the parent portal — there is no separate step to publish it.
