Attendance

A preschool attendance app โ€” mark it once, and parents already know

An attendance book tells nobody anything. With SleekJunior, teachers mark attendance from their phone and the record appears in the parent app, on the office dashboard and in the monthly report โ€” with no extra step.

Four clear statuses

Present, absent, late or excused โ€” marked per class per day from the student list.

QR check-in

Every student has a QR code. Scan in at drop-off and out at pick-up โ€” times are recorded automatically.

Patterns, not just records

See attendance history per student, class or branch. Admins are alerted when a child passes the monthly absence limit.

Export to Excel

Download monthly attendance reports for one class or the whole school.

Parents are notified on each scan

See it in the system

Scan a student's QR card with the teacher's phone camera โ€” the time is recorded and parents are told.

Paper register, QR codes or a system?

A paper register is cheap but can't be searched or shared, and it is gone when it gets wet. QR check-in is quick at the door but only useful if the record goes somewhere. SleekJunior does both: scan at the door or mark from the class list โ€” and the same record drives parent notifications, reports and the head-office dashboard.

Check-in, check-out, late and absence notifications

The school chooses which events reach parents: absent, late, scanned in or scanned out. Notifications go by email and in the parent app (including phone notifications where the parent has allowed them).

How it works

Print student QR cards from the portal, or just use class lists.

Teachers scan or mark attendance from their phone.

Parents are notified according to the school's settings.

The office reviews reports and monthly exports.
