The agreement between your school and SleekJunior.

These terms govern your school's use of SleekJunior. By registering a school, being given an account, or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. Definitions
- School Group — the organisation that subscribes. A School Group may operate one or more Branches.
- Branch — a physical campus belonging to a School Group. Students, staff, classes, attendance and invoices each belong to a Branch.
- Portal — the branded subdomain issued to an approved School Group.
- School Data — everything your school enters or generates: student and guardian records, staff records, attendance, invoices, payments, messages and uploads.
- Users — the people your school gives accounts to: head-office admins, branch admins, teachers and parents.
2. Accounts and approval
Registering a school creates an application, not an account. We review applications by hand, and we may decline one. When a school is approved we create its Portal and its first administrator account.
Your school is responsible for the accounts it creates, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken under them. Tell us promptly at support@sleekjunior.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Roles and access
Access follows role. A head-office administrator can see and act across every Branch in the School Group. A branch administrator is limited to the Branch they are assigned. Teachers see the classes they teach; parents see only their own children. Your school decides who holds which role, and is responsible for those decisions.
Our staff do not use your Portal in the ordinary course. Where support requires it, an authorised SleekJunior administrator may access your Portal as themselves — the access is recorded, and is not an impersonation of one of your users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful or harmful;
- attempt to access another school's data, or any part of the platform you have not been granted;
- probe, scan or interfere with the service, or circumvent limits placed on your plan;
- resell or provide the service to a third party as if it were your own;
- use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to parents or staff.
5. Your data stays yours
School Data belongs to your school. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything or to market to your parents. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your school is responsible for the accuracy of the records it enters and for having a lawful basis to hold information about students, guardians and staff.
6. Subscription, branches and limits
Each plan includes a number of active Branches. Where a plan lists a limit, you may run up to that many active Branches at once; the Enterprise tier is unlimited and is arranged by agreement rather than self-serve.
If you move to a plan with a lower limit, we do not delete anything. Branches beyond the new limit become locked: they stop accepting new day-to-day activity but keep every record and continue to appear in reports. Returning to a higher plan reactivates them automatically, oldest lock first.
Billing, refunds and cancellation are covered in the Refund Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan provides, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
8. Suspension
We may suspend a School Group's access where an invoice remains unpaid after notice, where use breaches section 4, or where continued access presents a security risk. A suspended Portal shows a notice instead of the application; School Data is retained during suspension and access is restored once the cause is resolved.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its branding remain ours. Your school's name, logo and content remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to display them within your Portal and to operate the service.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where liability is limited, our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees your school paid us in that period.
11. Ending the agreement
Your school may stop using the service at any time. We may end this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately where section 8 applies and the cause is not resolved.
After termination we keep School Data available for export for 30 days, then delete it in the ordinary course, except where we must retain records to meet a legal obligation.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell schools about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means the updated terms apply.
13. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
